Our Process
Learning About You
In the form of a 30 minute introductory call, you will speak with a CFP® professional. Your advisor will start the process of getting to know you, your goals, and concerns, and determining how we can best support you. This meeting typically takes place over the phone or via Zoom.
You will get a clear understanding of who we are, our process, and our approach. If it seems like a good fit, we will schedule the “Getting Organized” meeting.
“Getting Organized” Meeting
Here you will meet with a member of our team via Zoom or Phone call who will assist in collecting the data needed for a Financial Plan.
Our staff member will ask you basic questions about your finances, lifestyle, and goals. This includes things like current investments, assets, expenses, income, and more. At the end of this meeting our staff member will send you a list of documents we need to put together your base plan.
Comprehensive Plan Meeting
Your advisor will present your base plan and go through our custom strategy building process to make sure your personalized plan aligns with your evolving needs and aspirations.
In plain English, we will explain exactly what you need to do to reach your financial goals. We will break down your present and future cash flow, analyze your spending & saving habits, and run through your plan’s diagnostics. Our planning process is inclusive, and we work together to build a plan you can get excited about.
Implementation & Monitoring
Your advisor will send you a copy of your plan, and a clear actionable list of the recommendations that were made.
Once we make our recommendations, you have the option to implement them yourself, or engage our investment management services. We’ll apply the recommendations from your plan, manage them on your behalf, and provide constant updates.
Plan updates & reviews are also available on an hourly or subscription basis.
